You are comparing providers
Tell us what you wish this table showed. The columns here exist because buyers said they changed a decision. The BAA column exists because someone pointed out that “HIPAA compliant” and “signs a BAA with your practice” are not the same claim.
If you are weighing up providers and there is a question you keep having to ask on sales calls, that question probably belongs in this index. Send it to us. We will look at whether providers publish it, and if enough of them do, it becomes a column.

You want to use the data
Journalists, researchers and analysts are welcome to cite anything here. Every figure carries the sentence it came from, the source URL and the date it was checked, so it can be independently re-verified. Please link back so readers can see the same evidence.
Why there is no form here
A contact form would mean collecting and storing your details on our side. We would rather not hold data we do not need. Email reaches us just as well, and you keep the record of what you sent.
